Why do I always wait for many things in my life? Wait is always present in the life of Roxxy, a very long wait perhaps *sigh*. I feel like things in my life seems to progress so slow, or I am just in a hurry, maybe yes..phew! I've been here for England for almost a year now, my working permit was granted to me more than 6 months already. I applied quite a few jobs but either you don't have a reply, my experience isn't enough, or I don't drive (which is necessary if you apply as a community carer). Although luckily, I've found a job and had an offer and accepted, yet I still need to wait for my employment reference from the Philippines. It's a nuisance but I don't have any choice. Last week I did my weekly routine of complaining to my hunny (wink) that I feel bored and I feel like a lot of my time has been wasted already due to this waiting. I want to make use of my time in a fruitful and productive way. Though blogging keeps me busy, I still can't get something from it since i don't have my own domain name yet due to the fact that I still don't have a bank account. Each week I think of what can I do to spend my days productive, I thought of doing some arts and crafts like knitting (which I've done), and I'm very interested in jewellery making. But I as I checked the cost of beads, and the materials it so expensive, so i rolled it out. I'll just wait till I come back to the Philippines and I'll get my jewellery making materials out there since it is cheaper there for sure. And I've just finished doing a cross titch a month ago so I wanted something different.
But oh well I found another lovely crosstitch pattern (photo on top), a typical thatch English cottage with a lovely garden.A bit expensive but I fell in love with it and so as bunny. And guess what, we decided to buy it last night cos we thought it would be a nice diversion for me whilst I'm waiting for my employment. Hope it'll arrive soon so I could start sooner and I hope it is not too complicated to start with! =)
