See what I mean? I like these blue lights, just this big basket hanging with loads of different characters in it seems to be bizarre and I can't quite work out what does it tells. Maybe have something to do with the resto it self or Dover. Anybody can work out what it means? If you do please feel free to leave your thoughtful thoughts, of what do you think it is. :)
