Happy Birthday Grandpa Smith!

Today is another special day. It's grandpa Stanley's (MIL's father) 93rd birthday! As usual we do visit him and do his shopping every Friday, but today we have another special reason to visit him.So this morning MIL,FIL and I went to his house (FIL took day off, bunny's working so he's not with us) to get his shopping lists and of course to greet him and give him birthday cards. The first thing I noticed as I got in his lounge were a number of birthday cards in his window seal. Whew, that means loads loved grandpa isn't it? Yeah he's really nice and I am really fond of him and loved him even just I knew him just quite a while. He's very generous to us and very thoughtful. He's got a hearing problem though, he stays alone in his house that's why sometimes I hate to visit him because I hate to leave him as well. I don't know but it breaks my heart to think he's just alone in his house. He's just always sitting in his lounge watching TV and he said he's just cheered when someone visits him but he gets lonely when they leave. If I could just drive I will visit him everyday. MIL does it regularly though, it's just hard here cos every one's busy unlike in our country, you have all your time! Anyways I kissed and greeted and handed our card for him. Glad to say he liked it very much, he said it is so special.hehe.. thanks grandpa! Tomorrow we are going to celebrate his birthday as what they always do here every year. Family gather together here at PIL's house, so we are quite busy today preparing and so as tomorrow. I cooked leche flan but how it came out doesn't look promising to me.lol. I'll share the photos of the happy moment sometime here. Happy Birthday Grandpa, I hope and pray that you will enjoy your celebration tomorrow, and that I am so thankful to God I've got the privileged of  knowing you. James and I love you so very much!
